Do you want a three-day weekend? Most people work or go to school from Monday to Friday. Now, some people say we will be happier if we only work for four days a week.

Do you like weekends? Most of us do. We do not work on Saturday or Sunday. We spend two days having fun instead.

Now a company in New Zealand says it will have weekends on Fridays too! It says this makes its workers happy.

The company says there are “no downsides” to the plan. The staff work for less time but they still get a lot done.

This is because we work hard when we are happy and well-rested. When we are stressed we make more mistakes.
